Just about Average. proximity to Maninagar stn, mkt, Brts, is good. Room is average, no Hot water, tv was not recharged so hardly any viewing. unless you have travel on mind, you can definitely Avoid it considering you pay approx 2k/night . We did not require AC as it's cold weather.
The only best thing about this place is the Location.. Rest of everything, deserves a negative ranking. Faulty faucets, Rude staff, unresponsive security guard, the list goes on. We were on a package trip and thereby we had no other option but to stay for a day. It's mere proximity to the accessible regions of the city, is what makes this property still run its business.
