Hi, I'm giving services in wall painting, decor & wood polish work in the name of EVER SHINE PAINTING SERVICES. I got a call from mourya for kitchen painting contract, I gave my best quotation very low cost as per their requirement, after 3 visits no proper response and at last no reply for my call. I don't know the reason why ignoring, if no need or negotiation price then just clear it but neglect is the not solution... My time wasted, 3 Times petrol lost...

The ambiance of the hotel was average and the cost is little high,,,, we almost stayed for 7 days and the staff was good but since the timings are 24hrs checkout system, we had requested to provide 2 hrs extra where they denied to provide same

The place is situated in very good locality, one can find nice view over their windows and rooms are also very spacious as per charge levied. Washrooms are good with hot water facility after 8:00 am. Well connected building with parking space and lift. Although, rooms floors are not mopped I believe since decade as one feet gets darked and dirty if socks not where and room odour is also very unpleasant, management needs to improve in this areas. Remaining was great, we went for business trip and really enjoyed our stay here as it is in prime location and plenty of food options available here both for vegetarian and non-vegetarian foodies. Hope next time when we visit, we get improved conditions

Third class Management. Yesterday while talking in phone, they told me that room is Available.Then I sent sms in whatsapp to pay advance. They didn't reply, Suddenly today they told that room is not available. Very Bad management.

Will be a good place for travellers to check-in and it is located nearby railway station. Plenty of food options in the locality

Poor management. Before check in they demanding full payment .I don't know what policy this is .no quick respond for any requirement ...no facilities provided as a hotel to be .behavior of some staff was refugee type .I thing they never stay In a hotel ,that's why they don't know what to do when someone paying money for facilities .

It's a very good budget hotel near the Visakhapatnam railway station. Anyone can easily reach 3mins by walking from the railway station.The room was totally clean at the check-in time and it's a standard size room for the family. A queen size bed, one chair, one storage, including a small tea table. The bathroom was also the standard size of western culture with hot and cold water 24x7. They have one aqua guard unit at the ground floor for the drinking water which really works fine. It has a lift.Communication is very good. Lots of restaurants and shops are ready to serve you their local food and other things as well as Bengali, Chinese, Punjabi, Rajasthani dishes. They have no restaurant of their own. But outside foods are allowed.Hotel staff are very good, but have some issues with their language (Telugu). They understand Hindi and English but don't speak. The manager can speak Hindi and English and is a very polite guy.But all is not good so I gave it 4 stars. They didn't provide any towels or soap in the bathroom. Cleaning staff only came once in my 4 days staying. No bed sheet was changed during the whole stay. Cleaning staffs not visited all day.
