Amazing service from the kindest and most efficient people. The hotel is especially clean and the breakfasts, oh my. We used the transfer service, room service and laundry services and everything was at that gold standard level. We were so sad to leave!
This is amazing place to stay. The staff are friendly and cleanliness is above the mark. Special mention to food and service they provide and you surely won't regret staying there.
The rooms are clean and good. Not too spacious if you prefer in room dining. There was no assistance when I checked in, ie: no one assisted to guide to the room and facilities . I would say the price was a bit high compared to other hotels I stayed at . The receptionist treated us well though.
Positives Prime location You have Chicking outlet opposite side and pizza place. Not so good Stayed in the suite room. No 203 No tv for the living room. The provided extra bed not so good in quality. Service is lethargic. No one to help you carry the luggage. Ugly bit Health faucet was leaking Tv in the bed room was not working. Fridge was not connected. Too pricey for the service.
One of the best hotels to conduct meetings. There are also good rooms to stay and have good food and also with bar facility. The service of the staffs are also good. The location is on at Vengalloor- Mangattukavala Bypass Junction.
