The service need to be improved. Altough the staffs were good but their service need to be improved. The rooms were also not upto the mark.

Very bad experience. Not proper cleanliness. It's a simple lodge but there's a lot of protocol to follow. Manager Mr. Gaurav bhatia looks very arrogant.
I think worst hotel of Ajmer goes to this filthy hotel. Worst room, pathetic bathroom, zero privacy, all dirty bedding. No hot water, no soap, no towel. They charge like they are some kind of 3star hotel. It has to be 0. I was charged Rs1500/person for a day and that too in full advance. But I left after 10hr because I was not able to handle this nightmare. Whosoever is reading this review I kindly request you to please avoid this hotel at all cost. Your Truely Pranjal
Absolutely Worst experience. Very bad service of their staffs, not helpful at all. Forget about Room service , it's useless to inform in reception. But their restaurant part was excellent, foods was really tasty and in restaurant staffs was very helpful and humble, I want to mention Mr Rajesh Chouhan and the uncle from hotel moon sky's restaurant who helped us and was very professional.

The worst part was is that they deal with autowalas and they do scam together in terms of charges. Then cleanliness was not satisfactory. Amenities were not provided as per standard. Towel bedsheets and blankets were not usable. There was not a single hole for exhaust in washroom.
Moon Sky is the Best hotel in Ajmer. Service is good, Staff Behaviour is also good. Room also clean and well maintained. Food quality also good. Overall it was a great experience for us. Just to let you know that hotel is very far from Dargha.
