Visited Hotel Moon Palace recently. The rooms were nice and clean. Most importantly the receptionist was very polite and helpful.

Hotel is just 1.5 kms from Charbagh railway station. It is near lal kuwa. Location is good but environment is not suitable for late night even after 8 PM. Nearby stalls get crowded with drunken men. Even people drink openly on the street. Rooms are too small, washrooms were cleaned but not well maintained. Pipes were full of rust. Not spacious. They don't allow outside food. Food served at hotel is good and price is reasonable. Telephone is available in every rooms. There was little issue with lights, though hotel staffs tried to solve it at night but couldn't. Reception guy was good. Lift is not available in the hotel. Though they helped me to hire taxi. No extra charges were asked to pay. There was an open area over the gate, that can be a privacy issue. Rooms are not well Ventilated.
Hotel is good and decent at this price point, close to railway station, aminabad and even hazratganj.
Your service is too good.They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and I didn't wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.
Apres avoir reserve une chambre sur l'application booking environ 2 semaines en avance, celle ci a ete refusee lors de mon arrivee dans l'hotel. Avec la plus grande surprise, le gerant m'a indique qu'il n'acceptait pas les etrangers apres avoir feuillete mon passeport. De plus le staff de l'hotel m'a litteralement ri au nez quand je suis parti ! Bref une belle bande de rigolo... Voyageurs etrangers je vous deconseille cet endroit.
Property denied to check in. After customer care with oyo they had given a normal room where no AC, nor TV facilities were provided. Even not any socket for mobile charging. Total frustration
