Had a pleasant stay for 2 days booking. Room size is sufficient and clean, near main road and very nice staff manning the desk. All needed for a pilgrimage trip was peace of mind provided on a budget range. Although slightly away from the railway/bus station, fare can be managed in auto at approx 100Rs. Very good pure veg restaurant PS4, is available at 10 min walking distance as well. Thank you.

Worst experience.. Booked through Agoda 15 days back. I had valid booking confirmation. reached at 10.00 PM and the reception says there is no booking.. Stranded at middle of night had to find alternate hotels and stay.. Disappointed with Management . And they pretend to not know English or Hindi.. Suggestion: Don't book through portals or by calling.. they will not give you the rooms when you reach.. they are not at all trustworthy.. No Parking facility.. you will have to put your vehicle on side of the road and they are not responsible for the safety. For selling a bulk order to a group they will cancel your booking and give rooms to others.. not even bother to give you a call to ask or inform.. Truly frustrated..

Small rooms. Not even helped to take print that too they are having a printer. The room looks clean and good. Not providing room service 24/7. Sometimes parking is fishy.

No idea how mmt has given it 4.1 rating. Found two cockroaches on one room when we entered it. Even Tea is not available, they don't even offer food. Bad rooms, bad bed sheets, leaking water pipes in bathrooms and complicated door locks which are difficult to open. Totally unhygeinic. We called at the reception as the bathroom door wasn't opening and they cut the phone. The helper was rude as hell. Bad experience, not recommended at all.

The property one of the best in Tirupati on the way Tirupati.. srinivasa sethu entry point..entire staff,property manager and owner is highly cooperate u and support u..and always ready and eager to provide all amenities to visiters.The property's provides all comforts..arhe aak baar rukuke dekiye..gar jaana bool jayega..

The towels and blankets were torn and in poor condition. One aspect was disappointing--the cleaning was not done well, and there were no clear instructions on when cleaning would occur for rooms .Additionally, calling multiple times was necessary for room service. the Wi-Fi was only accessible in the reception area.

Hotel persons will not respond to customer properly. We booked AC room via agoda but the service person will turned off the AC night around 10:30pm. Even though we go and ask the hotel incharge(Banu) , they are saying you booked non AC only. And hotel incharge will shout back to customer. This is not for me I have seen for other persons too. And room was not cleaned and charge point was also not working.

I think the BEST hotel in the budget Rooms are so neat and beds,pillows are clean I stayed here for 5 days it was so good, such a good experience with my friend. If I'm going to visit tirupati again I'm gonna choose this again and also suggest couples and friend even family to stay here for calm and peaceful experience.
