Stayed there for three days during my Shillong tour.Very near to the main centre of the city. Rooms are well maintained, service very prompt. The hotel's Management team is very cooperative; they are not reluctant to walk an extra mile for their customer's convenience.
Every thing is good about this hotel. Food is very good. Rooms are also very clean and good service. Price of the food is good but one of the hotel receptionist means manager misbehave with us having very rude and egoistic behaviour.
Very old hotel, required renovation now. Bed is so sturdy, need change immediately. Bathroom amenities should inclue toothpaste , toothbrush, shampoo. However, staff behaviour and breakfast is commendable.
Hotel is good but one of the hotel receptionist name Mr Pranjal misbehave with us and very rude and drunk behaviour. Very bad need to change the receptionist.
As a budget hotel it is a good one. Location is v good. It is just at the centre point of Police Bazar. Rooms r conjested. Staff is friendly. Food is available & reasonable. No complementary water bottle & other toiletteries.
It provides a good and varieties in complimentary breakfast. Rooms costs are reasonable. Just a 100 meter from Shillong Police Bazar from where you can get a taxi for your tour. A parking facility is available but it's almost 400 metres far from the hotels. The rooms are a little small. Overall a good place to stay in Shillong.
The room we were in was spacious and nice.Well maintained and Hygienic. Although I think the price might be expensive but it works. Rooms inside the other side of the buildings have no access to the window so that's a down for those who prefer windows or view of the overlooking area. Overall a pleasant experience.
I Must say Hotel Monsoon is the best Hotel in Shilong Main City,just besides Center Point.Rooms r good in budget in this location And yes Food was Very Good in vry cheap price lots of options r there veg nonveg all r available so I recommend this hotel..

Had a very pleasant stay. The cottage is very well maintained and furnished. Rooms were neat and clean. The owner of the property,Mr Darell is very soft spoken and helpful. Overall the stay was very cozy. Highly recommended.
We had a lovely stay at this property. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast buffet was top notch. Indian, khasi food and continental.
Did not use the pool. But was looked very nice.
Had great drinks and dinner at poolside bar.
The hotel rooms were neat and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities. I was particularly impressed with the food they served here.

This is the best hotel stay for any type of travellers, especially for couples. I have stayed here for 4 days, their hospitality is extravagant. I have enjoyed their food style and taste, they simply follow our personal requirem
I must say the hospitality the owner of the hotel name David gave was just out of the blue and his team of dynamic staffs were so helpful in every way possible when I needed their services.

You will actually feel like you are staying at home. I have visited Mawlynnong 3 times and every time I stayed in this homestay. Superb neat and clean place with decent basic eating options nearby.

Came here for wisdom tooth extraction and the doctor did a great job. He explains beforehand how he will proceed and listens to his patients' concern. I highly recommend a visit if you have any dental ailments.
