Worst experience ever. I booked the entire hotel for my brother's wedding. Paid him half the price in advance. On the marriage day ..when I am already packed with so much other stress, he called me and demanded the remaining balance before checking in my relatives who already arrived tired after 6 hr bus journey for the marriage. I had the most stressful and worst experience with Harish. I don't recommend trusting this guy for big occasions..

Excellent customer support. Friendly staff. Clean room but not very clean. Please remember this hotels water supply is fully dependent on BBMP. If there is any ongoing local work, there won't be any water in rooms.

We have recently stayed in this hotel...i wish there is a option to give less than 1 star....hotel rooms is as big as maruti alto...rooms smell like as someone has recently smoked in the room....rooms are as clean as intentions of politicians....they should change the name of hotel to lodge...zero service zero in everything whichever possible....last but not least point they even don't have any service boy...you have to carry your own luggage

The room the lobby everything was not clean . The hotel is in a good location. But they have not kept it clean. The room the wash room even the mirror all are broken. The person in reception was drunk, they gave me master card to use . Its not safe for women to stay here .
