I had a great experience at a well-organized and well-maintained banquet hall that serves the best quality food in the area. The taste of the dishes was royal and the valet parking service was available so I didn't have to worry about parking my car. The rooms were clean and sanitized regularly. I highly recommend this place for family get-togethers.
This is my fourth time stay in this hotel. Office booking. Observations: 1. Location: Good 2. Rooms: Decent (the wood and POP are pealing out) 3. Food: Stay fare from hotel restaurant food. As they are costly here 4. Service: They don't maintain toiletries. You should request for it only then they will maintain. 5. Staff: Good
All Is good Room and service are best but they provide only small water bottle per a day . And if you need other bottle it will apply charge . So for this need to improve.
This is nice place to stay near by Reliance Corporate office, Near by is Rabale station & Airoli area. Transportation is easy to get it. Room service and staff is polite and helpful. Restuarant food is good.
My wife Anitha N,35F checked in room 203 evening 6PM on 22 August 2023, Morning 4:30 AM, someone started banging door very hard to open. When my wife called reception, they backed that man saying he is drunkered. My wife soon called friend who stays near by and vacated hotel by 5am. Unsafe hotel, women and family should strictly avoid.
The stay was good. Food was nice. Hygiene was up to the mark. Only the thing is the wifi should be password protected. Rest all was in place
