We had made a reservation at this hotel and arrived early hoping for an early check-in. However, we were initially denied the check-in as the standard check-in time was 12PM. After requesting the owner, they were kind enough to provide us with a temporary room for refreshment, albeit after a wait of about 1.5 hours. While the temporary room provided was not up to our expectations, we were later allotted the air-conditioned rooms as per our booking, which were comfortable and hygienic. However, we did experience some issues with the room service as we had to remind them to bring things repeatedly. Additionally, there were renovations taking place in the hotel, which made it look quite uninviting and unsettling, even during the day. Overall, our experience at this hotel was mixed, with some areas for improvement.
Good and quite location at town. Very concederate and good management, friendly and honest service & caring and decent staff. Spacious Rooms ,cleanliness maintained well. Felt good for family stay ,long stay ,safety, wifi facility, I honestly felt my stay enjoyable, comfortable and decent always at Monarch Excellency and suggest the hotel for all who seek value for money and satisfaction of stay.

Just opposite to railway station very good service, clean and well-maintained bathroom, TV working fine and Free WIFI, Food quality moderate, Room are fresh and hygienic. The staff is polite and helpful, Big parking space recommended to check out.

This property is on main road though slightly away from Highway but its totally worth it. The rooms were huge, washrooms were clean everything was beyond perfection. The staff were co-operative. It was an amazing experience to stay at this property.
