rooms and interior is very good quality. we stayed in a suit. it had good views. stuff behaviour was very good and professional they have 24h hot water but it's not always running. you have to call and ask them to turn it on. the room I stayed did not have good wifi signal, this was a big negative for us. the suit had two room, the first room got week signal but the inner room did not have any it's a 8 minute walk up hill to got to mall road. location is not great but it's manageable

The room was good with a nice view of Darjeeling buildings from inside.The bathroom faucet however was leaking.There was no soap stand to keep soap in the bathroom. There was lack of coordination between the reception staff and other hotel staff. But overall, it was a good stay.

Before visiting the place, I had received some negative feedback, so I was a bit skeptical about making a booking. However, my experience turned out to be truly awesome. The hotel provided all types of amenities except a fridge. The staff members were incredibly helpful and their behavior made our stay even more comfortable. The service at the restaurant was also good, and the quality of the food was acceptable. The complimentary breakfast usually started at around 8:30 am, but upon our request, they kindly provided us with bread and butter even before 8 am on the day of our check-out. However, I believe the reception service could be improved as they sometimes failed to answer calls on the first try. The hotel and its restaurant were clean, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk from Mall Road in Darjeeling. Overall, I had a positive experience. To enhance the experience further, it would be helpful if the hotel could provide maps of Darjeeling or information about nearby attractions to explore.

We have stayed here on 11th and 12th Nov'23, room is cozy and clean, washroom is clean also, nice ambience, food is really tasty, room service is amazing, hotel staffs are very good and helpful. Hotel is situated at 10min walking distance from the mal, everything is very good except parking, otherwise very good experience. Mr.Prabir Swarnakar of Debbhumi Tour and travels(Kolkata) has arranged this hotel for us to stay, infact the 4day short trip has been managed by him wonderfully, thanks to him as well.

Very good hotel, good service, all staffs are helpful, good quality fantastic, good decoration room, big room, view room, sofa cum bed, we all are enjoyed, near mall road, 2 Stewart Akbar and Biswanath are very cooperative, they satisfied our all requirements

My experience was good in this hotel... The staff was very cooperative and responsive.. Rooms were neat and clean.. No Problem of hot and cold running water.. Want to mention one person name "NIKHIL" in reception desk was very helpful.. His work dedication and behaviour towards guest is wonderful.. Only one thing i had prblm that the cost of food was somewhat on higher side and u won't get Veg/Non veg Thali here.. Rest was good..

Hotel is old and OK but situated in very narrow/ congested road. Most important staffs are irritable and misbehaving type. They even don't know how to talk with their Guests.
