Hotel room was very small and interior design not looks likely, compared to normal hotel. **My Bathroom door was broken and they gave me a spoon to open it until my checkout. **No kettle available but tea powder and sugar packet was there. After request they gave on second day that too looks very rusted condition. ** Food items only idli, dosa(no masal dosa), and poori not even wheat bread available.

I visited the restaurant hoping for a pleasant experience, but sadly, it fell short of my expectations. The reception was lackluster and unwelcoming, leaving a negative impression from the start. The service was equally disappointing, with slow and inattentive staff. It felt like they didn't care about the customers' needs, and it significantly affected my dining experience. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone seeking good hospitality and efficient service.

One person can stay comfortably and no hot water and normal water flow was abnormal. Restaurants are not at all service on time especially response was very poor and we waited a minimum of 30min, in morning breakfast only 4 people there and order dosa and omelet delivered after the 15 to 20min that to after informing admin manager. Finally feel not Comfort to start the day.

Superb management, very friendly staff, polite and amenities in the room as newly fitted. AC rooms are spacious enough to accommodate a family. Good sleep..The food court is also good with a variety of savory food.clean rooms and bathroom...

Rooms are excellent. Particularly have to say about rest rooms...its brand brand new meterials attached and cleaning is very good. Restaurant opens bit late otherwise everything is fine.

Very near to Koyambedu bus stand and metro station...tasty breakfast and gud sleep... amenities was good... cleanliness was perfect..clean bathroom..value for money...

Too noisy place... But otherwise recommended location. We came for a marriage and have to travel near airport... Took the metro just behind this hotel nad went... Really saved the time.
