I have never seen such unprofessional reception staff. They are goons and misbehave even with ladies for money. I got charged double just for 20 minutes delay in checkout. They started calling in our room from 11AM asking when are you checking out. They even sent their staff to confirm when are we checking out. Dont go with positive reviews, they are fake. Checkout negative reviews and their similar experiences. Not at all a family hotel if you are looking for peace of mind. There are other better options available in same location.

Nice stay, good location, near railway station, attendants were very cooperative, food was good. They even made food for me at odd hours of 3:30 AM as I didn't have my dinner. Overall room and service were excellent. I recommend this hotel. Done

I stayed at Hotel MMK for 2 days, it was very nice here. I came to Kanpur for official work. The hotel is 700 meters from platform number one of Kanpur railway station. I booked the hotel. The room I had booked, when I went to the hotel, the manager upgraded me and gave me a better room and I stayed there for 2 days. The staff manager here is very well behaved and helpful nature. The food here is also very good.
Cosy Rooms, Near to Station, budget friendly. Parking can be an issue. Overall decent stay option at Kanpur.
