This place has extremely rude workers. They informed me that their hotel does not have towels when I inquired for them. He said that you should purchase it from an outside market when I offered to give it to you for an additional fee. Even after I informed him I only wanted to use it once and not bring it home, he refused to give it to me.
I satayed from 13 to 15 Nov 2023 in this property. Worst hotel in last 20 years of my experience. Wild staff No maintenance of rooms. Unprofessional staff. Looked like hotel was in a village . Room service was pathetic. U have to wait for half an hour for water bottle. They bring food from out side. Fan was running on full speed as no regulator was there . Last evening they said there is no water bottle in hotel only tap water will be given so I had to buy from market my own. Waiters are illiitrate and untrained. They gave one towel for couple on demand. Tiny soaps of cheap quality. Finally there should be zero star given. Location was only peacefull other wise nothing good for this hotel.
The location is good. It is Sabji Mandi lane the market itself. Very close to Lucknow Charbagh station. Point is they say they have food service but actually not. We stayed for two days. Asked for salad, soup. Nothing was available.
