When we called the hotel and asked for price of a double ac room they told us it would cost 1500/night, but when we reached there and asked for the same room they took 1700/ night, they told us that 1500 ones are all booked and only 1700 ones are left, I think they lied and took extra money from us as we were foreigners and looked like very young kids. The room, though advertised as double sized was very small, it just had a double sized bed. But it was fine as we were just 2 people and the ac was working well. Also the room which we stayed in, room no.111, was just beside the staff toilet so a bathroom smell was always there, so I suggest you don't choose that room. The toilet was clean and water was abundant.
Rooms are dirty, smelly like moisture and cigarettes..Toilets not clean when I check in. They do it after that and most horrible thing there is some work so power cut from 4am to 9am (my checkout) may be contnue. I cannot sleep whole night. For this price plz avoide you can find better. Also no hot water, no mineral water.
Location is good for connectivity but service are not good, facility are less in this price range... Room are okay but need to clean on regular basis or use some freshener in bathrooms. Location wise price is much high . In this high price range they are offering so less facilities they don't have hot water to drink even rooms are not so cozy . The rooms are beside the road so you might not have good and relaxing sleep . Noise of ambulance and crowd always makes you irritated. Stay is okay for connectivity but if you are searching for relief this is the best option you have.
waited a bit for check in. rooms were alright though. the wifi worked and the location was great for a stop off for transit. road was loud though so sleep wasn't amazing but not bad. overall pretty happy for a budget city hotel.

Nice hotel with co-operative staff. Located in main paltan bazzar is easy to approch. 4 star only coz. No lifts and no kitchen.

Rooms are ok for what you pay. If you staying more then a day have to aks for cleaning service... bathroom is okok.. location is good enough just 1 min walk away from guwahati railway station....
