HOTEL ML GRAND - Hotel in Hanamkonda - Warangal Urban, India

Highly recommended for location, service standards, cleanliness, and facilities available. They have a shared car parking in the basement, which can be maintained well. Food is outstanding and tasty than most places around it. Every major place is within 10 KM from the hotel. Overall a good choice.

It was a very average stay. They have gone with a mindset of Jo dikta hai wo bikta however just by decorating reception space nicely will not work in a long run if guests find dirty mats and dirty towels inside. Not only that room service was really inefficient when it comes to your order example they brought CURD RICE instead of cold drinks. They had inhouse resturant President dhaba on 4th floors and rooms are all on 3rd floor. Breakfast options are very limited to just only idli, vada, perasuttu, bread. I suggest have your breakfast outside as there are multiple options. There has been issue of power failure also multiple times and the parking area stinks. NOT WORTHY OF ANYTHING APART FR THE GOOD LOCATION.

Definitely a good hotel but I had a rough experience with AC in the room. When I checked in the room temperature was 30 degrees and it felt like an hot oven! It took almost an hour to 2hours for the AC to cool down the room, apart from this the room is clean and spacious. I would definitely recommend this anyone but I wish hotel management take this issues a serious consideration and fix it. Also no complimentary breakfast if you reserve through make my trip or other websites.

This is one of the best hotels in Warangal I could find. The hotel is small, occupying a floor of a small building. The rooms are pleasant, big enough, well maintained, the service is wonderful. They have a very limited menu for breakfast, which they serve hot in the room. The only reason for not giving 5 star rating is that during our stay, there was a power breakdown for 3+ hours. We managed it as the weather was good. But may be challenging if it's hot.

Highly highly recommended hotel for stay in Hanamkonda. I was very skeptical when it came to price, it was kinda pricey for me. But let me tell you, the best of the best hotels in Hanamkonda. Can't stress enough, spacious rooms, food are good, in lov wid the hotel. Have visited here twice. The 2nd time was quite unpleasant for me, for me customer service is important. Very much, let it be for even buying the smallest things, customer service shud b top notch. The hotel female receptionist was quite rude and should probably greet us with a pleasant face rather than projecting some kind of enmity. I understand they r humans, but their work to the customers is important and that would decide whether they should come later or not. I will definitely come here next time bcoz of the excellence in other aspects, but pls do educate on receptionists in being friendlier. It was as if I was staying dere for free and telling us to vacate 30 to 45 mins prior to check out. This triggered me a lot, in the first visit receptionist wasn't too communicating to our enquiries and idk... Please take this into notice and do the needful. Thanking you for giving out the best. Stayed here for one night. Decent place, clean rooms and toilet. Linen could be cleaner (we had some dirty linen but didn't raise any concern as we only stayed for one night and noticed it preety late at night) They do have an inhouse restaurant called President Dhaba and also serve complimentary breakfast in the room. (Answering this to clear some of the concerns that can come when reading a few other reviews on this hotel). Parking available at -1 and -2 Location is also good - 3-5 kms of Bhadrakali and Thousand Pillar Temple. No mosquitoes so no repellent needed Overall it's a decent place to stay Feedback for the management - please check the linen in the rooms, we forgot to tell you this in the morning while check out. Overall its a decent place for a short stay.
