This review is to the owner .. hotel very good and you spend lot of money but managing a hotel is far far difficult than running it smoothly. Room no.208 bathroom shower you make very big shower but it spraying like hell.. we utilize your bar last night but for 12-15 tables only two suppliers. And waiting time was like min 30 min. Even to get a glass of waters and .. arrange more manpower to bar ..
I visited the bar only .bar ambience is good but poor service. Beer price us 380rs and 400rs respectively, that us fine for the class of the bar but service is pathetic,we ordered chicken varutha Kari,low quality..bar attender is hesitant to give water ,side dish we have butch him everytime. He have check instead of we keep on asking
The hotel is good. The location is 5 mins from the Railway station. Service was good too.
The front office guys were very lethargic and rude in attending the guests....
When escalated the issues with the general manager.....
His response was so irritating and Casual
Service was very nice. Separate parking place available. Cost was reasonable. Taste of the food was also nice. But fish fry had very small quantity compared to its price. The location was however too remote
Rooms are best at this budget. Its a business class hotel as I also stay here most of time on business visits. The location is little off but the food and stay comforts the former.

But,
- They have sufficient facilities. But more maintenance is expected.
- Rooms are best for couples and people for sleeping than doing other activities. Because their room lightings are insufficient. For example we went to bathroom for doing makeup because with the lightings in the main room you cannot even do the dressing, makeup etc. Atleast in the reading table there should be some bright light.
- Most of the times room service is delayed this can be easily addressed by the management team.
- Additional extra bed could be more sturdy. It's making noise even for simple body movements which is really irritating and disturbing others.
It really need a huge maintenance, all things needs to be repaired or replaced the tv lose signal and the network always disconnected...
Not great experience, but the food is good.... The road to go there is under work... But for a long time till now...

At a very prime location, the hotel is very good for your business trips and personal trips. Service and food is good. Mr. Vognesh hped us a lot during our stay. Highly recommended.
Ambience and the elevation was osum. We had our official meeting at Gayathri Hotels. Staffs were kind and generous enough to extend their help. Overall we had a tremendous experience!

Good hotel, polite multilingual staff and quick service. Ample parking is available on the ground floor. Food could have been better however there are plenty of good restaurants in the vicinity. Overall good value for money.
