Hotel Mk Park - Hotel in Secunderabad - Hyderabad, India

It is officially the dirtiest hotel i ever stayed in. I was here for one night only and it was still the worst experience. I had to stay for one night and needed a place near to the railway staton so i chose this buget hotel. Well this is not budget nor a hotel. So be warned.I really dont care about the facilities a hotel offers but the room should b clean , especially the bed. The bed was dirty, with stain marks all over tge sheet and the blanket give so dirty that i told them to change it but they said once the room given they dont change anything wow, just wow. Anyway we spoke to the reception and they changed it but iy was still dirty. The bathroom was so dirty and the comod had no flush there was a bucket and mug given in its lieu. Lol . Anyway we some how managed to spend the night and left early morning. I had already paid so i had to stay as there was no refund but i suggest donot come here..... The bad smell will not let u even sleep peacefully.

I got a single room here with an amazing deal by goibibo. Pros-Located in the heart of the city. ~Got for cheap rate from goibibo.(Thank you goibibo). ~Nice single room.(First,gave me a dirty room) ~They had free mineral water jar in the reception,so you can get mineral water free if u go downstairs with a bottle. ~intercom connection to the reception.(but they don't have it in every room). ~Elevator. ~Wifi (But i never used it,because i had Jio). ~I had one Cuboard,table,chair,and a mirror in my room. ~Got a clean bathroom with Indian closet in it. CONS-There is a water sewage going in front of the hotel. ~No electricity backup. ~There was no heater and tv in my room. ~No one came to my room for cleaning during my long stay. ~No dustbin in the room. ~First they gave me a dirty room,i got it changed because the fan wasn't working. Ps:The things i said about the room is according to room i stayed,Every Rooms might be different there.

Situated in a good location just beside the CTC market and 5 mins away from Paradise Hotel. Huge market also nearby. The hotel has to concentrate on cleanliness of the whole hotel. Bleach smell comes from everywhere let it be washroom, room, corridor etc. Need to use some fragrance. Initially when I went I faced a bit problem as the receptionist **said me "This is a non-ac room as u cannot get a ac room with such price". It took me 15 minutes to make him understand ** the discount. But till the end he was confused. lol. But he finally allowed me to check in as he called his manager and he told him to allow. But then it was stinging a lot once i entered the room. The window had no curtails. It was a big window n the opposite building people could see us from 3 floors. Bathroom was not at all clean. Even the ac did not work although it was switched on. So again I went and complained about all this. And he changed my room which was very good with clean toilets n so was room. AC was also good. A very nice experience after that for 3 days... Another big negative thing is they do not have any restaurants even a fridge in their hotel...

That hotel is vry bad hotel. all room was bad conduction. full of insects, devil occupied that hotel, no water facility, mrg i plan to go to mkt and i want to take bath. No water coming in tap. I went down and ask them no hot and cold water coming. room service boy bring one bucket ok water then I take bath. . It vry bad experience for me. . Around 12.30am some one knock the door.i went and open door no one is there. again same sound coming in toilet I open door and see no one is there. I hate that hotel. many place I went and I stay alone but. this is first time I have feel vry bad.

I got room number 314 which is good. I give 4star or even five for the offer price goibibo gave me.The room i stay,they rent it for **/day.I got the room for 2days for **8 and something bucks. Thanks a lot for Goibibo . Details of room-There is no tv in the room.There is a chair, table, Cuboard, Mirror,Phone and the Closet is Indian closet.

If there was zero star I would have put that. No tv facility, attitude of management is very rude, rooms not clean. Please never visit this hotel. They think they are rowdies. No proper Water.

Worst maintenance and worst rooms ...no cleaning in rooms and bathrooms are like municipality dumpyard ...never been ever experienced this type of worst hotel rooms in my life... Who ever reading this review I'm seriously suggesting you that don't waste your money and time . Please don't go to this hotel they assure you that they will provide hot water but there is no hot water also.

As seen in the photo the hotel MK Park is placed right next to a big sewage lane. You have stinking foul smell around it. No hot water facility. You only get a hand held immersion coil upon request. Bathroom: You have western style commodes but no flush tank. There is only one bucket and jug which haa to be used to flush the commode and bath. Cleanliness: Cob webs all around Waiting lobby : Torn and unmaintained furniture.
