Hotel Mittal Paradise - Hotel in Ajmer - Ajmer, India

Hotel is located very close to Buland Darwaza. The condition of the rooms were really shady and we reached early in the morning and checkin was at 12 so we were Denied early checkin and for early checkin they were asking for additional money. Really unsatisfied not sure how they received 4.1 rating from Goibibo.

Very good condition hotel. Room are very clean. The best part is the hotel Location nearby Dargah Sharif

Pathetic service all they want is money no proper arrangements. If u book online U have very less importance. Very late service and unhygiene also far from dargah. If breakfast is included in ur booking they will ask u for extra money will also ask money at checkout. I was there for 6 days requesting all to be vary careful.

I stayed at whistling woodzs to attend a corporate event. It's a very large hotel and accommodates numerous guests. Rooms and bathrooms are sparkling and had good internet connectivity in the rooms. The food was quite good. There is tea/coffee making facilities in the room itself. Apart from it, there is a projector facility so one can easily hold any type of corporate meeting and the hall was also quite impressive. The staff was professional and polite and there is a beautiful forest close by the resort with good walking paths, where client can relax and enjoy. This place is good for the business events because it gives ample parking, proficient services with reasonable prices. The hotel also has Wi-Fi at reception area. There are abundant meeting room facilities. The large group session locations were very appropriate and sound system worked well as I hosted 40-50 people at a time. Location of the hotel is also good because it's far from the city. At last, I would like to thank the staff at the reception who arranged everything so efficiently. But I would like to stay again as a part of the conference or on our own trip. So if you are thinking for a big conference then this is the place.

It was a ok stay. Location is the plus point. Air cooled rooms are too small and that too without windows, however due to the air cooling room temperature was cold.Some particular staff at the reception has arrogant behavior. They need to learn customer service skills. No lift not good for senior citizens. Food was average only veg. If you get a good deal then only book this hotel. Most hotels are of similar kind in the vicinity if you are adamant on location near to dargah. Family's please excuse yourself from this hotel. My biggest mistake booking for family. In service industry one must be humble and polite throughout please learn this will only help the hotel reputation.

The front rooms can be said to be ok but the back is very small and the room service is zero....stayed for two nights and three days but not even once did they come to change the bed seat or pillow and no cleaning....

The Hotel is located right in front of the Dargah and just takes 2-3 mins to reach Dargah. I stayed with my family for 1 day. The Hotel management was cooperative & staff was humble. I reached Ajmer at 3 AM and the owner Mr Jain was so courteous that he called at 3AM and arranged for pickup from Railway station. There as a police checking in the night and we got late to reach hotel and he called up again to find out why we were late to reach hotel. The room was decent and nice, clean with AC, hot water facility and other amenities. The food was also nice and reasonably priced. This is budget hotel. It was a very pleasant stay at the hotel. I would like to specially than Mr Jain for his hospitality and cooperation, as travelling with family and kids at night 3AM is really difficulty at a new place. My Family and children enjoyed staying at this hotel and would like to stay again at this hotel whenever we happen to visit Ajmer again.

The Hotel is good on the bases of Value for money as the facilities they provide compliment the Tariff. But the actual room is quiet small ... The Hotel management was coordinative & staff was humble. As I had only female members with me, security & ethical conduct was really important for me and I'm totally satisfied for both from the hotel stuff. I didn't use wifi but Rest AC, Hot water facality, Drinking water facality was Good. Hotel was clean and Ventilated. Food was finely cooked as per demand as my family didn't wanted oily & Spicy stuff its just that serving is a bit long. I just had two issue : 1) The Extra Bedding provided to us was stinking badly So we didn't used it & 2) they Charge 10% SC above charges which even though I paid was not justifiable to me.
