Hotel Mittal Paradise - Hotel in Ujjain, Sawara Khedi - Ujjain, India

Pros: 1. Good location 2. Good Staff 3. Parking Cons: 1. Not value for money. Rooms are not as per the price category. 2. If you are booking without any payment in that case they might cancel your booking and you will stuck to accept whatever they offer. 3. They are not reachable on their phone, I called more than 6 times to inform that I might reach late but there was no response on call, this is my experience, it may be different for other individual. 4. Be sure to check their wash room, in my room, wash basin was leaking water on floor.

pathetic hotel: 1) bedsheets were dirty and not changed after the last guest left 2) we had to remind multiple times to give iron and press board 3) multiple reminders for dental kit. then they forgot to bring 3( as we were travelling as family and had paid for extra kid) 4) room floor mat - super dirty 5) we could overhear other guests talking in their rooms only good thing was location.

They are too unprofessional & bad behaved. We were trying to book a family room which was not available online, so we called hotel, they told to book for 2 adults & 1 kid & assured that we will get the room for our whole family of 4 adults & 2 kids, but when we reached, staff denied & said we will have to pay extra for our family size & denied any telephonic conversation

I regret to share my disappointing experience at Hotel Mittal Presidency, Ujjain. A big name overshadowed by abysmal services. Mosquitoes were unwelcome guests in corridor , HR and staff seemed untrained. Their eagerness to profit through dubious tricks and terms left a sour taste. A stay to forget. And due to this I left hotel within 2 hours of stay and lost my booking amount with the 1000 + taxes if you are coming with family and much more.

Its our good decision to book this hotel as it totally worthy.... They literally serve 3 star services to you... All staff is very polite...very friendly either its reception staff or restaurant staff or either room service stafff...Everyone is so smiling and friendly... Rooms are spacious...location is amazing as its only 3 km away from main mandir....as well as its not in tht crowded area so u can easily reach at hotel with your car...Restaturant food is so delicious tht we only eat all our meals in hotel restaurant only.... Overall highly recommended...and we had great experience.

Hotel is good at location, rooms are spacious but washroom shower is very old and not working properly. AC was not working on generator. For such a high price it decreases the value of hotel. Breakfast is rich and tasty. Its my mixed experience.

Bad experience! Rooms rate was of 3 star hotels and service is not even like local hotels. Warm water was not available and hospitality is not proper. We booked from Agoda so staff was not supportive... Don't use AGGODA BOOKING PLATFORM

bad service provide by staff and first ebter money collected after not give service and make different answer.and no hot water in room and no give solution and always do not trust befor without service and money always give last check out time u give enter time money you receive bad service after give money payment please be carefull
