Minimum is 1 star otherwise I'll give half to service , ground staff is good but the reception and administration is too bad. Arrogant . Manners less , they need to learn how to treat guest. And also find room suspected. So couple should be CAREFUL of not being VIRAL. Rooms are average.. not too bad not soo good.

check in process Simple ....Staff behaviour good...room was clean .. location also good .... overall Best hotel. Disadvantage:- if u stay even for 5-6 hr U have to pay the charge whole night.

I had booked two double rooms for my guests...I had a wonderful experience at Mittal's...very decent staff... services are good...

Based on my experience at Hotel Mittal, I must say that I was disappointed with the state of the rooms. Upon entering my assigned room, I immediately noticed a strong odor that was unpleasant and made it difficult to breathe. The room was also visibly dirty, However, I must say that the staff at Hotel Mittal was very friendly and accommodating. Despite the state of the room, the staff tried their best to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. They were always available to answer any questions or concerns I had and provided prompt service when requested. In conclusion, while the staff at Hotel Mittal was commendable, the state of the rooms left much to be desired. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable stay.

It's good some things are perfect some things are very bad the staff can be more supportive but still its good value for money.

Extremely worst place to stay, with equally worst staff. Restaurant only for display, no cook in restaurant hence always closed, you are forced to order from another restaurant who accepts order only if his desired value order is placed. AC do not work and there are buckets placed below to collect water incase of dripping. Front office staff way too rude and arrogant, as if roadside rowdies hired.

Ac doesn't work, Bed sheets are very dirty.. Room is not clean properly

Good hotel at an affordable price. The rooms are nice. Just one thing missing here. There are no wardrobes to keep the luggage.
