I booked 10 rooms in this hotel for 3 days and had the worst experience. Their cook didn't know recipe of normal dishes so we had to order the very same dish every day. They took 1 hour to deliver tea & coffee in the rooms. On the day of checkout they gave us bloated bills of the food. Also for rooms where more than 2 ppl stayed(even 5 year old children) they charged us additional 1000 rupees per person per day though we had not taken any extra mattress. They never informed us about all these hidden charges while booking and were unnecessarily arguing that we had additional guests. Completely dishonest and rude staff and owner.Just run away from this hotel and never look back. There are far better hotels than this within 100m of its location.

I had booked mintella for a family visit and we had a very good experience. The rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel is in the cantonment area, which is quiet from the city's noise. The in-house restaurant is good. Staff is very helpful and pleasant. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Good Rooms with basic facilities. Tea cattle available. Bathroom is clean with minimum basic toilatary items. Room rent is negotiable not fixed for everyone. One thing to aware that they may insist to to arrange a Guide to visit temples and Ganga Aarti etc. Please never hire. They have a caucus among hotel, guide,auto, boat man for river ride and Ganga Aarti, pandits etc. you have to pay unusual heavy amounts step by step for boat, auto, pandit and guide fee. Better you hire an auto yourself. All auto drivers and best Guides with nominal charges.

I stayed for 2 days. Rooms were average, bed springs were torn out, they didn't replace the bedding even after complaining 4-5 times. The day time front desk(A lady and her assistant) was way too lazy to even pick up the call. I asked them to clean the room in my absence and gave them the key..upon my return when I asked they said they forgot. I tried the tea in the restaurant, it was the worst ever for Rs40/- so didn't tried anything else. Overall it was disappointing. However the lower staff was much more helpful than the front desk. If anyone would like to book this hotel, I would advice to check in at night, as the night manager is sensible but his hands are tied if you have any issues related to room or anything.

We had a memorable trip of Varanasi. It won't be possible without our nice and comfortable stay in Hotel Mintella. A big thank you to all the staff members who were very courteous. I will surely recommend to my friends n families. May the Blessings of Baba Vishwanath be with you all.

We have issue regarding service of Hotel. House keeping person has stolen money from the bag and management has not taken any action even supporting to their staff. Hotel is not safe for business community and even for women carrying valuable assets like gold and cash.

Hotel is neat and clean. Ambience is good Staff are very cooperative Special thanks to Kuldeep, Aryan, Priyanshi. Very supportive and supported us a lot. Great job vy the team
