Services are really good, staff is very humble and supportive. They checked me in by 1am as well. They need to focus on bathroom cleanliness, bar and restaurant atmosphere is really cool. Hotel location is in the middle of the city, and you can easily reach out to the nearest famous streets, places, bars, restaurants and public places. Rooms are wide and clean. Plus point is hotel staff, awesome. Keep it up. I had a happy stay.

Superb stay. Good location easy to get cabs. Lobby entrance, corridor is good & not like any lodge. It's a proper hotel. I booked for executive but they upgraded it to Presidential suite and lovely spacious room. They have buffet breakfast & dinner also good. Very cooperative staff. This would be my first choice in my next visit.

Amazing experience in the room. Rooms were really modern with all facilities like coffee, tea maker, all toiletries and very good Air conditioning. The location is awesome. Break fast was good and Service was extraordinary. Staff are too polite and willing to help customers always.

The Hotel is at a prime location, hence there is no proximity problems - The room is really work and spacious, worth the money that you spend. The only Con that I faced was, I reached the hotel late in the night and had to stay only till morning but the late night staff was very rude and inconciderate - He extorted early occupancy fee just for a few hours, I even asked him to backdate the booking as I was leaving in the morning but unfortunately he never listened - Made all the girls wait for almost half hour at the reception for all this drama - My request for the hotel management is " When you do so much to keep up the reputation and if the staff is not inline with your purpose of 'Serving' it all goes waste" Cheers

The hotel is located in the prime area; bt when it comes to hospitality, it did lack it. I booked a presidential suite room, where mostly nothing was in a good condition. Also, when asked for the the toiletries & detail kit, the people on the front desk say that it's chargeable. I mean like, if you've booked a presidential suite room & still you've to pay for just a dental kit. The food served in restraunt & the rooms is just fine.

Awesome place to stay.. Humble people, particularly Mr. Mohanraj.. .. Nice services.. Rooms are spacious... Clean nd neat.. Awesome location.. No nearby restaurants available.. Food taste is gud bit costly in hotel restaurant.. The problem is 2pm to 12pm check in and check out time.. Most of the people coming through night travelling and thy need to refresh in morning only.. 12 o'clock check in is useless for who is traveling from out stations.. Even 24hrs check in also not available. Other than that everything great.

Worst room service ever. You ask for water or plates and get it delivered after 2 hours. Ask for food in their own restaurant and after 18 calls and 3 hours, they'll tell, 'sir, your order was not taken due to our mistake.' interior of the room is awesome though.you get well decorated rooms and nice fresh bathroom. Overall a below average stay.

I booked the presidential suite and this is what I get ! The worst hotel ever. Staff may enter your room anytime without permission breaching you privacy into pieces. Never saw this in any hotel. Avoid going with females over here. Had a very bad experience. No amenities were at first and when asked. Only a soapbar was given. No body wash. No shampoo. No conditioner.
