Yesterday I attended the wedding ceremony of my close friend's son and an effort was made on his part to provide better service but the uniforms of the waiters were not clean and there were so many mistakes in the food arrangements.Wasn't tasty.Only the decor was nice.
This hotel was a saviour for us, I was traveling from Jaipur to Varanasi and due to bad weather fog we got lat on highway and reached Lucknow on the way late night at 11. Was there for my cousin's marriage. Arrangements were just perfect. Very cooperative staff. Hasan bhai and Malkhan bhai were very supportive and helped in solving all our needs. Food was delicious. Rooms were clean, tidy and hygienic. Halls were very spacious and well arranged. Definitely will be my choice for any indoor event.
