Hotel Mint Highstreet - Hotel in Pune - Pune, India

I just have one thing to say. The owners of this hotel do NOT care how this hotel is being run. Staff is very courteous. That is the only one plus point. Dinner menu food is below average. Facilities are average. Breakfast is ok. Room was good. It took us half an hour to find the hotel. It is in a little lane that looks like a dead end. We circled the block several times and no one in the area could guide us to this hotel. There is no signage showing guests which lane this hotel in. Even Google maps could not figure it out because the street is not registered on Maps. I am really confused how this hotel is graded as a 3 STAR. I would say it is a residence apartment or a guest house.

The room is spacious and the bed is comfy. The food is also decent and it has McD very near to it. The only problem is the commute and reaching tha place as it is located in a very narrow street and is at most times unnoticeable, so you're likely to miss the turn. The balcony doesn't also showcase an ambient view and has to be left closed most of the times due to ongoing construction in the vicinity

Pathetic service and a black mark under hospitality industry. Have you ever heard that after you check in a hotel and the room you are staying in does not open from out? Yes you read it correct we were given a room at this hotel and to our surprise the access card was only for power supply and if we had to enter the room we would have to call the hotel staff and they would open the door with the master key. Moreover when we went to the reception desk asking for alternate room the guy at the desk Mr. Salman said there is a problem and kuch nahi ho sakta in a manner as if he was made to sit there forcebly. He had no courtesy to at least accept that there is a problem. The lift was not working and was getting stuck on the 2nd floor. We went to the restaurant for dinner and no one was there to take our order for more than 20 mins. We again went to the reception desk and asked if someone can take the order Mr. Salman again with no eye contact said ha bejta hu least interested in any conversation and when we said what kind of service is this he has the audacity to yahan aisa hi hota hai. Pune is such a beautiful city but this was the worst experience I have had. If I could give a negative marking I would happily do so. Even if you get a free stay here you should no go. The entire thing was spoiled because of the people and the attitude they carried.

After staying in Hotel Mint -- Safdurjung New Delhi, I was under the impression that this Hotel Mint -- Highstreet Pune will also be a great experience but i was wrong. It is advisable to all who are reading this to try and avoid choosing this property for stay specially with Family as i'll tag ' HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED '' Following are some of experiences which I have encountered while staying in Hotel Mint -- Highstreet --- 1. Breakfast options are very limited or non available. 2. Lifts are mostly NOT working/Under maintenance. 3. Very few options available for Lunch/Dinner, so i had to order from Swiggy/Zomato. 4. WIFI never worked with the password which the reception provided neither they fixed the issue after multiple requests. 5. This place is IDEAL for unmarried couples who intend to stay 3-4 hours max --- NOT RECOMMENDED for family, foreigners and business guests. 6. Some of the hotel staffs are always STONED FACE, sounds rude or acts as unintrested with their job. WORST EXPERIENCE -- NOT RECOMMENDED

Service and food was okay. The worst thing is they have connected rooms internally with another room. Though the doors are locked always but we could clearly hear the sound of TV from another room. And it was too loud. They don't have compound walls. Didn't feel safe there.

Excellent service...very good hotel I must say... spacious clean room.. they provide mineral water bottle every day..only problem I faced during my 6day stay is sometime Ola/Uber could not able to recognize the hotel location.

Situated next to Mitcon college at Balewadi, Hotel Mint Highstreet is located in a quiet locality. We chose this hotel as it was closest to Flame University, where we had to attend our daughters convocation ceremony. The hotel rooms are spacious, clean beds, Tea and Coffee counter. The room has a balcony but the outside view is not impressive. Bathroom is tiny but, all toiletries were available. About food, it's available at certain time of the day. In case you wish to have a snack, the kitchen might be closed. Try your luck. For breakfast, we ordered Paneer Paratha and egg (masala omelette). Do remember to inform the chef to put green chillies in the omelette as per your requirement, and don't come back to me that your bottom is on fire. Parking lot is one level below. To reverse your car out of the space you will need some good driving lessons. If you navigate using google, don't listen to it for the last mile. Trust me, the hotel is next to Mitcon college otherwise you will keep going in circles. Note: Balewadi mosquitoes are jumbo size. So keep windows closed and door opened only when required. Room service and housekeeping services were quick and all our needs well attended.

Not impressive. I personlly visited this place and requested them to take good care of my guest s, booking was for 3 days. They served tea in broken cup for three days. Waiter says it's how that works around there.
