A very good experience Well maintained rooms Excellent service Good location And window view

I have been here gew times. Its clean, calm and nice hotel. Most rooms are bit tight. I honestly feel all the towels need to replaced by news ones. More lighting in room will be great. Breakfast is nice, but had free items. It will be nice to have more offerings. May be more space for people to did and ready eat. It gets pretty tight during peak hours.

Ambience was good. Room service was also good. Since it is located inside a colony, one can do walking. Many residents of the area used to walk at the morning. Secured place. Accessible to most of the road. Except it's a bit confusing for the road which will take to the entrance of the hotel.

The room that i stayed was completely calm with good ambiance.. The Staffs are very polite, friendly natured and very supportive,specially Mr.Suraj Kumar at the reception desk. The Rooms and the washrooms are very clean and hygiene. The supporting staff were also very polite and was always available on a call within the short time. Need to improve on the food verity and the mainly on the taste.

So honest review after staying 1 day in hotel 1.ambiance is good 2. Food quality is ok 3. room service need to be improve 4. Room condition : ac works good, shower in bathroom not worked properly, cleaning is not good, room size is too small 5. First aid box not found lol they don't have first aid box in hotel if someone got injuries need to rush nearest medical hotel staff don't have first aid box Overall: good to stay location is good but little expensive in this range. Firstly I want to give it 3 star but later change my mood and give it 4 I wish they improve their services to serve better to their customers

Mint Casa is a nice place to stay in Delhi, the property is on the main road but, with a twist, as it's a cornermost property. If you're arriving via cab, then get down at the adjacent petrol pump and there's a small gate from where you can enter the hotel premises, directly. However, you're coming via your own car, then you need to enter the friends colony from the third gate and drive till the last corner, to reach the property. Stay was great, they were humble and the check-in was quick. The Suite was already ready for us. The rooms are beautiful inside the suite, except the light. There wasn't ample of ligh in the rooms. Food was good, delivery takes around 30+ minutes, and the pricing is okay. I will definitely, come here again. It's truly a value for money, hotel.

I have not experienced such rude and unprofessional staff ever at any place. none of the commitments were true. I confirmed about safe parking and when we reached we had to leave the car at roadside. the room was stinky. the room service menu was torn. I asked for another menu and the staff started arguing just to give an untorn menu. Breakfast was complimentary in our package and we confirmed it at time of check in too. but the next morning when we went for breakfast a guy rudely told us that we cannot have breakfast. the person at reception told us we should pay and the "complimentary breakfast" written on our booking doesn't mean anything. I can go on and on about what all was unacceptable to me. all I can say is that we booked it for 2 days but we left on first day and we don't even want a refund because we don't want to talk to such rude staff again. beware before booking is all i can say.

I think in the era of big properties, Mint casa has blown me away. The rooms are not bit and neither is the hotel, but the staff is excellent and all amenities are provided. It is cheap and too good for corporate stay. The food is very nice and so is the service.
