Very good & budget friendly hotel in very prime location. Had come to Bangalore for an Interview and this hotel gave very good service and was at a very good location close to office. The rooms and bathroom might feel small for multiple people but for solo or 2 people, it's fine.

Good experience, great location, loved the staff behaviour. They let you order food from outside, which is what made the stay even more better. Toilets were a little smelly, nothing too major, but if that would've been fixed, I'd give it an 8/10. ad a very nice stay, great place for staying with friends. Good for the price that they charged.

Nice place to stay. Semi luxurious rooms at very reasonable pricing over Oyo. The rooms are spacious , with amenities like kettle , chairs , table , TV , etc. The bathrooms are well equipped. But still hot water was not available. The rooms have locked windows since the entire hotel is non smokable. But there are specified smoking zones on each floor. Clean linen , comfy beds . But pillows are just like railways pillow. The breakfast served was far better than almost all other oyos. Buffet breakfast with changing menu is available in the common room . Very friendly staff and most importantly great location.

The rooms are good, neat and clean. Water supply is regular, they have already arranged the toiletries. Staff was welcoming and supportive. We reached late, so they already asked us about dinner and have arranged it. Do make sure to order ahead of you're reaching after 11. The only problem was, the lake in front of hotel was smelling bad and they mismanaged breakfast when there was a huge crowd.

Grate service an staff. There are some point I have to share. I have read some review.then only I have book the room. I will be share my exprance 1.as all negative people have share 1 an 2 ratings they have did some or other mistake in hotel like they damage the bedsheets by having food.in bed 2.if a hotel management as keep some rules we have to follow. 3. But many they do not follow so only they charge. 4.there are bad an good also.... You your self can exprance it.

Located near jaksandra crossing. The hotel has quite a considerable deluxe rooms to offer. Good for non-smokers and a pain for smokers, for the fact that it's a No Smoking Hotel. A super like and a 5 Star for this facility. Apart from that some pros and cons are:- Pros- Location, Deluxe room for 2 people is satisfactory, TV, a big wardrobe, cozy but spacious bathroom with a shower place built in covered with slider doors. Helpful and decent staff behaviour. Cons- No Geyser but they have a facility for boiling water. However, the timing is 6am and 6pm. So, if you are planning to take bath after 10am, apparently you would helplessly have to use cold shower, even if you are feeling cold. Sometimes even after booking a deluxe room with a considerable amount, complimentary breakfast is not included in the package. Overall, good experience.

Good location, very neat rooms, daily rooms are cleaned, excellent customer services, staff are kind, polite and helpful, I stayed for 12 nights and had a pleasant stay. Breakfast is healthy - idlli, dosa, upmma, omelette, bread toast, but needs bit more variety. Only issue I had was the banging sound right on top of my room since some construction was going on.. the sound was loud enough for me to get headache, but as soon as I informed reception, they stopped it. No extra charges for room service etc. I definitely recommend this hotel for happy stay.

The only upside to this hotel is it's location. Easy to notice from moving vehicle. The rooms are average in terms of construction and need maintenance. The facilities provided are next to nothing. A complimentary bottle of water which you will not get because they don't give it if you don't ask. You need to tell them every day if you need to get you room cleaned. The restaurant serves only breakfast which is just passable as food to be precise. The water supply has some issue because the water stinks and the ventilation is problematic as well. The linen(bed sheets, pillow case, blanket) have dirt marks all over and the towels are dirty too. If you're lucky, you'll see some pests in the room too. The only other thing that works in their favor is the price because of their tie up with Oyo/Fab
