Hotel Mina International - Hotel in Mumbai - Mumbai Suburban, India

I recently stayed at Hotel Mina and unfortunately had an extremely disappointing experience. The service was subpar, with staff displaying an utter lack of attentiveness and professionalism. The quality of food served was below expectations; tasteless and not up to the standard one would anticipate from a reputed hotel. Additionally, the housekeeping was unsatisfactory - the room was poorly cleaned, and basic amenities were not replenished adequately. Overall, the cleanliness of the hotel was a letdown. The rooms were not properly maintained, and hygiene seemed compromised. It's disheartening to have such a dismal experience, especially when paying for a comfortable and pleasant stay. I hope the management takes immediate action to rectify these issues to ensure a better experience for future guests.

The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and tastefully decorated, providing a serene environment to unwind after a busy day. The amenities provided were top-notch, from the luxurious bedding to the well-equipped fitness center and relaxing spa facilities

The location is great...has almost everything nearby. The food quality of their restaurant is best. But the service staff was not polite. Rooms are not maintained well....hygiene is good but room walls need to be maintained they are all chippy from old paint.

What a fantastic stay! The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the city, and the well-designed rooms provided a cozy retreat after a day of sightseeing. The attention to detail and exceptional service truly made me feel pampered

Worst place to stay! I had spoke to their receptionist before booking the hotel that I wanted to know the cost for 24 hours, evening 10pm to next day 10pm and she mentioned 3.5k. I went to the hotel and paid, also I confirmed with her again that I want to checkout next night 10pm she said it was okay. But the next morning at 11am they asked me to checkout and did not even refund any money!! When I told them your hotel receptionist agreed for late night checkout but they rather disagreed and I had to leave the hotel!!

. Room was large and clean. Location is great, walk outside and you're minutes from everything you need. Service was good from start to finish. They also include a small breakfast spread every morning which was quite good and changed each day we were there. Overall a great stay

Unpleasant Experience at Hotel Mina International Due to Abusive Male Receptionist I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at Hotel Mina International and felt compelled to share my disappointing encounter with one of their male receptionists. While I had high hopes for a pleasant stay, the behavior of this particular staff member left a lasting negative impression. From the moment I approached the front desk, I was met with a level of rudeness and disrespect that I had never before encountered in my travels. The male receptionist in question was not only unhelpful but also verbally abusive in his interactions with guests. It was evident that he lacked the basic principles of hospitality and customer service. When I approached him with a simple request write down my address in the hotel registration book, I was met with condescending remarks and a dismissive attitude. Instead of providing the assistance I expected, he chose to berate me with unwarranted criticism and hostility. This behavior was completely unwarranted and unprofessional, leaving me feeling shocked and insulted. As a guest, I believe that every individual has the right to be treated with respect and courtesy when staying at a hotel. Unfortunately, my encounter with this male receptionist at Hotel Mina International was a stark deviation from the expected standard of hospitality. Such an experience is not only distressing but also unacceptable. What's even more disappointing is that when I asked for the contact details of the General Manager and the owners to lodge a formal complaint, these details were not shared with me. This lack of transparency in addressing guest concerns only added to my frustration and led me to write this review. I would like to emphasize that the conduct of this one staff member should not necessarily reflect the entire establishment, as I cannot speak for the entire team at the hotel. However, it is essential for Hotel Mina International's management to address this issue promptly and ensure that such behavior is not tolerated within their staff. In conclusion, my stay at Hotel Mina International was marred by the abusive behavior of a male receptionist, which left a deeply unpleasant impression. I sincerely hope that the management of the hotel takes this matter seriously, as it has the potential to tarnish the reputation of an otherwise decent establishment. As travelers, we deserve to be treated with respect and courtesy, and this experience fell far short of those expectations

We visited this hotel for the first time and we were astonished with the beautiful rooms, courtesy service & excellent food variety. To be Precise:- Location was great and we could fullfill all our needs nearby hotel at close walkable distance. The Hotel definitely has one of the best rooms in Town, very spacious, great Linen fabric, very comfortable matteresses. Finally not to forget - Great value for Money.. The Food menu had a great variety of Multi - Cuisine with delicious Turkish & Arabic Options. All food that we order was Delicious, juicy and super Fresh!!! The Managing Director Mr.Asad Alam is very dynamic and takes the services levels to a all new height BY personally ensuring guests service standards and demands and met to the highest standards. A 100% yes for us and definitely suggest this place for the greatest experience ever!!!
