Worst service and worst management worst food quality, I had a bad experience in milestone, not WiFi working network also not available

Very worst service. Service boys are very reluctant.Herewith I request the management to employ matured service boys who are willing to work. I just requested HOT water to drink & the service boy gave me slightly warm water & tried to convince me. Even I requested again to heat further, he gave me the same water only ( without heating). I really fed up with the service.

Worst Hotel, No Room Service. They are charging more. No Generator backup. No power supply for half day. Resturant food is very, very,...... bad. They Promised complientary breakfast but none is guven. The room boy entered in our room with other key when we are not there without informing us. We can't give even , one star.

my allotted room already had a guest staying in ( a lizard).. i trespassed him/ her. the intercom did not work.i tried calling on a number too ( mentioned as helpdesk counter).even that did not work. finally i had to run back to the reception to raise my concern. the person came along to check my room only to see that the door wasn't opening. however after multiple attempts he could open it n remove my belongings. They allotted another room to me. you do not have much choice in this area so need to adjust.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed at! There was a power cut the whole night and no generator backup. AC rooms have no ventilation. I got stuck in the lift. Then the lift stopped working. There is no one to help with the luggage in spite of not having a lift. Extremely overpriced booking through makemytrip. Breakfast worth 300 extra was not even buffet! It was only idly pongal and a small dosa! No words to describe this place

lobby have no lights badly smelling rooms and smelly water. staff don't know Hindi english. horrible room ambiance for a couple or solo trip. can be ok for friends travellers group. very limited food items for the outsider of TN. won't wish to go there further for sure. smelly dirty towels pillow cushions, bedsheets. there should be basic amenities like digital door lock, current door was having manual malfunction lock which can be easily opened with push unsafe for solo traveller with laptop, cash, bags etc. the staff was themself looks depressed to make you more depressed, lobby don't have lights, couple in next room was already looking confuse whether to check in or go out.

Rooms are ok. Just on the highway, so very easy to find. Spacious parking place. A/C rooms. The restaurant is very spacious. Breakfast included. I was very pleasantly surprised by their South Indian mini breakfast. It was very nice.

One of the most descent highway hotels on the Chennai Bangalore highway. They have a huge property. The rooms are pretty spacious. There is a pure veg restaurant on the ground floor where even complimentary breakfast is served. Also, there is a bar on the other side of the hotel. They have a provision for in room dining service also. The staff is polite and very friendly. The manager went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. Really appreciate his efforts. Complimentary wifi is also available. Thr prices are pretty cheap. There is also a small gym here. Overall a great experience.
