HOTEL MILAN SREE - Hotel in Silchar - Cachar, India

The location attracted me to book. But immediately after check-in i realised it was a big MISTAKE. OK, let me point out what was wrong. When you combine, you will feel how horrible it was. 1)if you have old person with you, don't book it. As it is at 3rd floor without lift. 2) 1st look, it was so much damp that the walls are literally wet and wall paint is coming out. Very Stinky smell at every corner 3)The pillow provided was so thin and the mattress was so thin that you can feel the wood of bed. 4)white bedsheets are so dirty that it is pale yellow in color. Same for the pillow covers. You will HATE to keep your body on this bed. 5)no blanket is provided and the fan runs on its maximum speed. There is no option to regulate speed .so if you don't carry any bedsheet, you have to switch off the fan and then you will be sweating. 6) lots of mosquitos but no mosquito killer is provided. And if the power is on inverter,no plug point will work. And for this you have to tolerate mosquitos all the night.

One of the worst experience I had staying in this hotel. Paid 700 for a night stay. Dirty room, bathroom and toilet very dirty and stinking water. Lock not available in bathroom door, broken window pane, ceiling fan regulator not working. Poor room service. TOTAL WASTAGE OF MONEY VERY MUCH DISSAPOINTED

Doors of rooms are defective. Cleaning of bathroom is done but main living room i. e. Bed room is not cleaning regularly. An immatured manager is not attentive to his duties instead he is busy with his mobile phone. Most of the rooms are empty and without guests because service is not good. No restaurant, no foods are available in the hotel.

Very nice low budget hotel. The hotel owner is very well behaved. The hotel is in a very crowded area. One can easily get a taxi as soon as you get down to go to any place. It is very safe for the family. The only drawback is the room does not have a cooler and the fan regulator does not work and there is no drinking water system. You have to buy water and drink it. The location of the hotel is in so nice place that you can find food joints, shopping malls, religious places, old markets near it. As for my stay in the hotel, it was an average experience. I got my hotel room at the Lowest price possible, for me money wise it was good. There was no single room available so I got 2 bed room within 1400 INR for 2night and 3days. Mattress was not comfortable so I had to put the mattress of other bed to make it comfortable. Had small issue with the toilet but, it was quickly solved by the managing staff.

Staff were very friendly, room is excellent for the price range. Only problem is that it's three stories up which was a bit of a shock but not exactly worthy of a minus star. Place is also very clean and workers are very easy to talk to. Situated in the middle of the market makes it even more convenient, we really enjoyed our stay here!

Worst hotel. The hotel is on the 3rd floor. The rooms are small and congested. The quality of the rooms were pretty bad and there was bad odour in the rooms. I booked my stay on Make My Trip for about 3000 Rs (approx) for 2 days stay. After reaching the hotel I realised that it's not possible to stay there with family. The condition of hotel is too bad. Then I left the hotel and went to some another hotel for my stay. I tried to contact MMT for refunding some amount of my booking, but failed to contact them as I couldn't find contact number of MMT customer care to talk with. I shall pursue this issue until it gets resolved. Service from MMT was also ver dissatisfying.
