I stayed and received the most unbelievable service either of us have ever experienced and he is very well travelled. The staff couldn't do enough. We felt truly special and important. Even waiting for the lift to check out a member of staff passing took the time to wish us good morning and ask how we were. This was the first contact with him we had during our stay. Speechless in a great way! Accommodation unreal, clean and precise. the little details just made everything spectacular. We cannot recommend enough.

Excellent! We stayed 3 nights in Hotel Milan International. It was lovely! The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was new and very clean. The breakfast was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect! We will definitely stay there again if we ever get back to mumbai.Also we got the best price of Rs 1499 for the standard room definitely a steal!

The staff is helpful. The rooms are okay . Cleanliness was okay. The view behind the hotel is just amazing for train lovers . The parking space is enough. You need to inform them if you have to take your vehicle out early in the morning. The overall experience was okay. Location is awesome for train and plane lovers.

Great location! Wonderful, Welcoming Staff! My daughter and I stayed at the Hotel Milan International for four nights last month. It was clean, the room was clean, it had a decent view, and it was close to lots of fabulous restaurants, shopping and the gorgeous sights of Mumbai. We walked around at night and felt extremely safe in the surrounding areas of the hotel. It was a perfect location Also there was proper CCTV in the hotel priced so low.The staff is so helpful with recommendations on restaurants and very welcoming! It was hot while we were there but the room has great AC!!

A good, friendly hotel. A pleasant stay We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were polite and friendly and did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. The restaurant was excellent and we ate in it every night. Yes the road outside is noisy but this is Bombay! Perhaps some better double glazing at the front of the hotel would help. The wifi worked fine.

I booked this hotel for senior people in my Company who usually stay somewhere else in central Mumbai. The staff was very attentive - they showed me rooms and upgraded my colleagues. My colleagues thought the rooms were great (best I have put them in) and really appreciated the warm welcome and size of their rooms. They usually don't say much about their hotel but this time they raved about it! They slept very well... Thanks very much to the staff who made this a great experience!
