The property is really good and well maintained, just the rooms are very small for the price we are giving and it has no window which makes it a bit suffocating. The staff members are very kind and helpful especially the receptionist uncle is really a genuine person. The area also offers good restaurants nearby.
Nice hotel with decent ambiance and good staff
Nice hotel. With all amenities. Good and supportive staff. Stayed with family. Would recommend every one to stay. Location wise is very nice, walking distance from railway station. Negative point Washrooms are a bit small in size. But easily manageble due to glass partition. No other negative point.
Overall a good place to stay. Staff is courteous, the location is good and so is the food. One thing, which many hotels lack post covid, they must improve is the quality of house keeping. Last time when I stayed here the house keeping was quite good.
The was not worth the money. Good thing about hotel 1. Near railway station 2. Staff were good 3. Room was clean and air conditioned Things need to improve 1. No hot water was available in bathroom. 2. No amenities were provided in room like ( kettle, fridge, dental kits, shaving kit, tea, coffee etc) 3. Poor restaurant quality. So, the price I paid I think it was not worth it.
They have charged around 2500 which was not worth it at all. There was no hot water in the washrooms for bathing, No shaving kit was there, No dental kit although they all have included in the charges. I will not suggest anyone to stay there. Poor service at all!
Garbage Hotel and worst service. They didn't deserve a single star.
Hotel is 3 star but they will provide you 1 rs clinic plus shampoo no handwash only 1 small soap, Breakfast also brlow avarage.

I found the room size little bit small in area and service is slow in the night. Overall experience was good. The good thing, it is nearby to civil lines bus stand and calm area with good parking facility and EV charging also available here for cars

Beatiful historic hotel. The staff are attentive and helpful. The food is good and plentiful. My bedroom was on the roof which was exciting and gave easy access to fantastic views across tge city to the Ganges. I enjoyed my stay here very much.
