It's a budget hotel, very good location. You want to be close to MG Marg. But locals know that they also have the best BBQ chicken tikka masala of all Gangtok. Food is incredible. Staff very friendly. I highly recommend to try the restaurant. Let me know! Humble opinion...from a canadian backpacker

The most positive aspect of the hotel is its location, it is on MG Marg road. But in everything except this, the Satisfactory Level is absolutely zero slong with cleanliness and service. The worst part of this hotel is the behavior of the manager here (the person carry a bag always in his shoulder), he is very rude and worst behavior person I have ever met. I woke up for 3 days, when I come to the room with one day advance payment, he comes to the room and pressures me to pay the 3 days rent in advance. He misbehaves when I refuse to pay 3 days rent in advance. Then when I say I can't pay the whole 3 days rent in advance, I won't take the room and leave then he says go (chale jaiye). Later he said again, if you leave, you will have to pay 500 rupees for using the bathroom. Although I was there for 3 days after all these things due to a hectic journey. But it would have been a burst experience for me. I would strongly recommend OYO to hire a good manager and to make service improvements. Although I saw the review 2 years ago, there is no improvement. At the time of check out I was asked his name to reception boy (Pronam) but he refused to say his name.
We stayed over there few days back,rooms and service was mindblowing with the help of new management. New management group done wonderful work now hotel has been totally changed.Rooms are very clean and all the services are on time.About location is mindblowing.

We were staying there for 2 days. We took 3 rooms. All are very dirty, bad smell inside the room and lobby. Most of the furniture s are broken. Water is leaking from the wall and ceiling.
When you will refund my money?? It's almost 20days. Everytime you lied to me. This is not right kind of behaviour.
