It comes opposite to Surat Railway Station. Food here is very tasty only if you taste North Indian dashes. Cost is a bit more than economic. But quality and quantity wise acceptable. Okay to have feel good taste in Surat.

Rooms are mediocre. Negative vibes in this hotel. Something bad happened while I was staying here. I felt negativity in this property. There was a lizard in our bathroom. I've attached a photo of it. After the lizard went out of the bathroom from the window, I closed the window after which there was still a gap for lizard to enter. They should've closed window before we checked in. There was leakage in the tap in washroom. Telephone in our room was not working so we couldn't connect with reception for room service. When we reached the hotel, there was nobody to carry our luggage. We waited and then the watchman called two boys to pick up our bags. Hygienic lobby. Clean place overall. Antique show pieces are kept. Traditional furniture. Good stay option of you have a small budget. I will never go here again.

They do not accept online booking, if you go by booking on with a compatible price they won't give you rooms in return will ask to cancel the online booking for which you already have paid for, and tell you to make payment ofline again

Kerala paratha and paneer bhruji and paneer toofani are really wholesome

No cleanliness, dirty blanket, dirty sofa, higher cost, no boiler, asking too many questions on martial status...ac, fan, light works.Keep this hotel as your last option.

The hotel is very basic and ideal for business and solo travellers. The rates are reasonable and its located exactly opposite the railway station. These two factors go in its favour The experience was okay. The hotel is very basic and has good rates. However, despite telling the hotel team in advance that I'll require early check in and despite them agreeing to it, the receptionist frowned when I reached early. Also, he was speaking rudely to people on phone in front of guests and that's not fair. The other receptionist was well behaved. Also, go here to get a good cheap hotel. Avoid if you want even the slightest luxury

Overall stay was good. Rooms are neat nd clean. staff was good. Only concern was TV not working , even after complaining from 2 days they did not recharged the card. Last day AC was not working and there was no answer to it. Rest exp was good. Food was good too. As a business traveller it was a good place. Centrally located with good commutation.

One of the best hotels I have ever visited, services, behaviour of the waiters and cleanliness at the hotel have really won my favour and heart , I think, it is one of the most comfortable and pleasant places to stay in. Superb and mind blowing facilities are available there.
