THINK TWICE BEFORE BOOKING THIS HOTEL!!!!!! *Pathetic staff behaviour and worst receptionist ever* I have been road tripping all over the country for the past two years but never faced any issues checking into any hotel. I reached this hotel along with my wife late in the night but the receptionist wouldn't allow us to book the room and started arguing and judging us. He wanted us to prove that we were married. As per this guy, we had to have our aadhar or driving license with same address. Also we felt that he was trying to deceive us by charging double rate than what was being shown online. He denied to accept the booking if we tried to book online and demanded that we pay at the hotel whatever was being asked. Finally we had to leave and find another place to crash for the night.
I recently stayed at a hotel located in DD Puram, Bareilly, and I must say it was a pleasant experience. The first thing that caught my attention was the cleanliness of the rooms. They were impeccably clean, and it's evident that the hotel takes hygiene seriously. The staff at this hotel deserves a special mention. They were not only friendly but also very attentive to my needs, making my stay comfortable and hassle-free. Their warm hospitality added a personal touch to my visit, which I truly appreciated. While my stay was brief, I found the overall ambiance of the hotel to be quite inviting. It provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, which was perfect for my stay in Bareilly. If you're looking for a hotel in DD Puram, Bareilly, with clean rooms and a friendly staff, I would certainly recommend giving this place a try. It made my stay in Bareilly enjoyable, and I look forward to returning in the future.
There is a shortcoming in the bathroom for showers location, it just above the switchboard. while taking bath water sprays over switch board and cause short circuit. inappropriate interior designer's work! Rooms are though small, but are Good and maintained. service is also good. nice food.
Good location. Newly constructed so you can enjoy cleanliness. The staff is good. you can enjoy roadside food as well as KFC, Domino's,etc nearby it.
It was the best ever experience in the stay at this affordable prices..... Staff is very cooperative and they love to help you whenever you need..... Location of the hotel is nice. cleanliness is maintained everywhere. lift facility is available. room is alright, washroom is a bit small but manageable. food quality is great, we tried paneer butter masala and dal tadka. they also have tawa roti in the menu. the only thing that got the breakfast order wrong even after repeating the order twice on the call and made us wait for more than 45 mins for 2 cup of tea with sugar and 2 without along with bread toasts. initially the person blamed us that we ordered for tea with only sugar (4 cups) eventually they sorted out. convenience of lift facility for an elderly family member. food was tasty. tea was of good quality. the service to room was also good.
