Hotel Midtown and Restaurant is fabulous in Jhunjhunu.The Manager and staffs are very polite and well mannered.The room is very spacious and neat. Bathroom is very nice with warm water facility for all time. Balcony is road facing which is very enjoyable. Restaurant is excellent where delicious dishes are served. My overall rating of this hotel is 4 star which is awesome.
Don't book this hotel. This is the worst experience of my whole life. This is true. Because of advance payment, the hotel reception and the hotel team doesn't help any one okay morning live incident, the water supplier stuck in my room. After that the hotel staff Eththanai to do any type of help and suggest me to use washroom of nearby bus stand . After too many request, he denied to do any kind of help and at last he said to me, do whatever you do we can't do anything for youDon't waste your money and time still a normal restaurant is help to use washroom any time he denied to help and said we have no water to use
I was in Jhunjhunu for hosting an event & my experience at this hotel was extremely good. The manager is highly co-operative Ns friendly. Even the staff is sensible enough to execute their work properly. I was new to the city and my health wasn't good, the manager made sure I got all the facilities on time. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to everyone coming to jhunjhunu, Rajsthan. Spacious rooms Responsiveness to calls and facilities Freindly staff Recommend!
After travelling overnight and talking to owner over phone finally when I reached hotel from station they said room not available.
