Good and cozy rooms. Extremely good for short one or two night stay in the heart of city. Not a place if you are looking for luxurious stay, but good if you just want a cozy and safe place to have a good night's sleep. Did not eat here so cannot comment on food. Service is good and the room was clean. The area is also good and well connected to Mumbai with the Santa Cruz station nearby
Sheets and quilt cover had stains all over them Aircon didn't work, just extremely loud ceiling fan. Fridge, toilet and shower were all dirty. Extremely noisy. Had to sleep fully clothed on top of the bed. Checked out the very next day. Payed for 9 nights and no refund for the 8 nights I didn't stay. Would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. Extremely disappointed and out of pocket for AUD $500
Loved the atmosphere there and the service provided. The staff let you know what hospitality actually means. The must visit place for someone who want to enjoy their vacation.
