Very good hotel. Reception people are very cooperative. Whatever was asked for, was fulfilled immediately. Mr Shubh and Mr Pandey were very decent and helpful. Very courteous. Midcity name is very correct because it is situated at the mid or heart of the city. I'll give a 5 star. I'll request everyone to come and stay in the hotel.
We had an excellent stay in hotel Midcity, not only the service but also the locality & hospitality is simply awesome. The owner of the hotel Mr.Subh is also very cooperative. His travel trip is also nice having numbers of cars for any no of group. Morning breakfast should be complementary for every guest.
Well placed location, within walking distance to Dashashwamedh ghat, Kashi Vishwanath temple and Godowalia. Well maintained clean, comfortable and spacious rooms. Reasonable price. Efficient and prompt service by staff. Excellent owner with a pleasing personality and cooperative nature.
Rooms are good but the cleanliness in washrooms is not good. Buckets and mugs are very dirty. Owner is not hospitable and employees are less to cater to guests during rush season.From his behaviour it seems as if he doesn't need the clients any more. Not recommended.
Decent hotel with very good hospitality and Coutegeous staffs, well mannered and joyfull staffs. Near to all sightseens and all transport available in the hotel and outside all public transport is accessible. There is no kitchen inside hotel so no tea food will be served. Rooms were dirty and staff wasn't cooperative. ACs were not good of room despite complaint they said it's load issue we can help it.. Overall experience wasn't good with stay.
