We went this place for dinner while on the way to airport my brother lost his mobile and unfortunately the mobile was switched off due to battery low. when we noticed we went to the restaurant we feel happy when the girl who served food to us had kept the mobile with reception. Due to the shortage of time we couldn't able to speak to her and convey thanks to her. Please convey our regards to your team and thanks a lot.

Me being a employee of aditya birla group enjoyed a lot although the rooms are preety expensive but on comparison with others this hotel provides a good ambience and services.
Quality of Restaurant service, housekeeping, breakfast options, degrading. Even after disclosing the areas of improvement, no action is being taken by hotel management.
Added to this behaviour of restaurant staff is at its worst.
With increasing price, taste of food is getting worsen, same kind gravy in every dish.
If this continues, we will have to see another option.
Food quality is good. But too much costly. Recently room rent increased unexpectedly which are not meeting our corporate eligibility as per D grade location.
We just ate dinner at Sangam restaurant and I highly recommend to eat there

Old hotel but with good service. Rooms are ok, large in size, clean with minimum required amenities. Washrooms are big in size. Service is quick and food is also good. Employees are very friendly and helpful. One side cab service is complimentary for station or airport. Not that costly in terms of tariff and food costs. The lobby of each floors is large.
