Hotel location, rooms and staff is good. I had a stay for 3 nights and overall satisfied with service. Pooja at the reception was supportive enough to extend my checkout time.

- They keep just a set of towel, soap, brush, paste, etc for a double occupancy room. And their response/reactions when we ask them for the other set is a little not convenient.
- Worst part is the location of this hotel is a three road meeting point which has a traffic signal. And when you arrive by cab you will dropped on road even if it's heavily raining and then don't allow the cabs inside.

I stayed here for a week. Didn't have any problems from any angle. Best part is the food, its very tasty. Cleanliness was top notch and the room service was quick. Overall a great place to stay. Just the rooms were small with that pricing.
Well, I attended an engagement ceremony in the basement. So I don't know about the rooms and other hotel stuff. I could see the restaurant on the ground floor.

Ambience was good, tranquil and hygienic. Staff was good especially the valet parking guy. The food was good with around 20 items including starter & desserts.
Basement is good to hold functions for 100 people.
I feel they should increase parking capacity.
