Hotel Metropark - Hotel in Lonavala - Pune, India

I was surprised with the warm n enthusiastic welcome with garlands n welcome drink. The rooms are neat, clean and spacious. The AC was working quietly. Pillows were fluffy n comfy. Food was excellent! The staff was the highlight as they greeted you whenever they saw you and were always happy to help. Overall MetroPark Hotel has raised the bar for high standards of hospitality. I will surely visit again.

Terrible terrible place. Even if this is last place on the Earth that you need to stay in, don't. You should rather stay at home. Isn't super clean. Washroom is smaller than public washrooms. Broken soap dispenser. Highly overpriced, even the food prices are super high plus bad taste. The gaming facilities are broken. They charge for horrible pool table. Located in market area away from most points , so always crowded boring vicinity. Such a fraud place, super regret the stay here.

We stayed here for 5 days last month. Check in to check out process was super fast and convenient. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and the property was quite secure. Everything was so accessible and convenient for us to do. One of the best places in Lonavala

One of the... scratch that, the worst hotel experience of my life. They literally have one job and they can't even do that properly.... Na wifi hai, Na dhang ka parking space hai. At this price point one might at least expect a smart tv in the room. And their "super deluxe" are interconnected rooms so be prepared to listen to babies crying and loud tv from adjoining room. Running a hotel is a service industry but they don't know the S of service. They are running a hotel, it is their job to adjust and manage according to their customer's schedule. But be ready to adjust according to their schedule. I go out for 2 hrs and my room still wasnt clean. And they are giving excuses. I've stayed in so many hotels across pune and mumbai and in between, but if I have to rate this hotel, it will be 1/10, and the 2nd worst hotel Ive been to is still 6/10. So imagine how bad this one is. Ordered some tea at 10:45pm since the restaurant closes at 11 pm, and some water. The staff brought the tea but not the water, when I inquired about it, he said call reception. When I called reception, they said that restaurant has closed. It requires a special level of talent to give this kind of experience to customers. Edit: They fixed the wifi issue, yay now I can watch Netflix on my phone on a vacation. And post a review about the hotel here. Pro tip: Keep food poisoning meds in all rooms, list it as an amenity on all booking websites, you might get a slightly better review cuz of that. Or since you've already established that you don't care about customer satisfaction, make some extra money by selling food poisoning meds 24*7 cuz people are definitely gonna need it if they eat at your restaurant.

Good services provided and Rooms are near and clean.I have enjoyed the morning breakfast.Food was good. They maintained very well.Even the surrounding Areas. Staff was really good

Booked standerd room Very poor quality of room Cleanliness and hygiene very poor, foul smell in room, fungus visible.. No hot water at bathroom on first day. Too much humidity in room. Needed to upgrade to delux room which was better.

Had a wonderful stay. An amazing staff always greeting and wanting to help. Great support from Mr Makar Rawal and his team. Food was good too and rooms were well maintained and clean.

One Star for that arrogant manager. My car went under water in there parking area. No one informed us and on top of that they are not claiming there mistakes. Please make sure no one comes to this hotel. I would post the photos for the same.
