This is a decent hotel in this area. Rooms are very small over here and you will not have many facilities as mentioned on the website or agent website from where you will book it. I will definitely not recommend it for longer stays but if you want to have an affordable hotel in this area, you can try this for one night maximum. They will not provide a fragrance in the room, so it will be sticky, only free channels over TV, mo toiletry and definitely not very hygienic washrooms. Location, service and food is something you can feel positive about. So take decision based on this. I booked it online and was non-refundable so i had no option but to stay and i am giving this review for anyone who is looking to book and want information about this particular hotel.
Good looking environment with neat and clean maintenance. Responsibility staff with good communication. Clean and luxury rooms with spacious for luggage keeping. In time cleaning. Rooms can be decorated on any occasion based on our requirement.
The location was fantastic, with everything conveniently nearby. It felt like a central hub. The room was excellent, and the food was delicious. The staff was courteous, and cleanliness and services were top-notch. Additionally, there were plenty of food options, including street food, in the vicinity.
The Hotel is good as per location, service, cleanliness. Also Staffs were friendly. I stayed here for 2 days with my family but the only thing that disappoint me is that their AC was not working in room. Although it is good for people who are looking for stay near Karol Bagh.
Food served was really good. Restaurant people were very polite. What I was not happy about is the toilet. The wash basin pipe was leaking and the basin was clogged... No cleanliness maintained. Rooms were not very clean either.
Nice service and specially rooms. The taste of what ever dish i had was awesome. It's rare to find every dish that good in taste. Really happy with the services as well
Worst horrible experience with this hotel.. worst staff, worst room.. we booked 6-7 rooms for 2 days.. all rooms had some major issues like door looks and cleaning and smoke smell and horrible bathrooms and toilets and no one is coming for room's service even after we asked them for twice still now one was came for a single time even.. staff was like "thakele tired people" Free me mile fir bhi na le hum ye hotel
