Rooms are very nice and clean. I stayed in a standard non ac room which was spacious and all the amenities were provided by the hotel. Service is quick and reliable. Staff is courteous and helpful. The only downside is they don't have their own parking.parking is on the road outside and in evening travel buses block the way.
Staff r so friendly and they help me beyond their duty in arranging an auto for my drop. They give utmost respect to elderly people like me. Their families should flourish well and they and their kids should live a wealthy life soon.

Best hotel to stay in kalsipalyam.. it's in city center walkable distance to metro station & opposite to Bus stand.. rooms are tooo clean & hygienic.. actually it's attached to BAR .. definately I'll prefer for family also, I felt it's seaf & secured..

The bed linen (stingy) and bath towel used were worn out and extremely old.When asked about the lack of hangers in alamara ,I was told that the area is not good and people steal.I would.not recommend this to family ,however if you have to be in this area and is not bothered much about comfort you can go for metro park.(manager pointed out that there is no good hotel in this locality and people are forced to stay) service boy Mr rajpoot was helpful and pleasant.

Very polite and courteous behaviour of the staff. To be Frank I never expected such a pleasant experience in this vicinity. Keep it up. The price is a bit high when compared to Kalasipalayam standards, but worth paying it. Such similar rooms may cost not less than 2000 in other areas of Bangalore.
