Hotel Metro Manor - Hotel in Kozhikode - Kozhikode, India

I used to visit this place regularly before 5 years. It had a good ambience and professional staff. When I visited recently, I found the experience horrible. The staff was neither courteous nor professional. Expect only a roof over the head, don't expect anything more. Lots more to say, but desisting. I hope the owners take note please

Not that great.. very small rooms.. no restaurant.. people who come for nearby hospitals are staying ..!! Comfort for that purpose for sure very next building there is a veg restaurant..!!

It's a pure veg hotel with fresh yummy foods.

It was a pleasure to be there with my family for a get together and we enjoyed our time together with the kids having snacks, buffet etc at the hotel. The part room was a/c wonderfully decorated and has all the facilities for the function. The restaurant was very comfortable an there's space for everyone. The hospitality we got is memorable and we are grateful to the staff. The proximity to the road is very comfortable and the parking is also nice.

Metro coolbar is a favourite hangout for me and my friends; I'm not sure how good their restaurants and accommodations are. I only know about coolbar. It is a very cool place and a lot of people came there, the service is good, there are a lot of snacks there and they may feel overpriced, either non cities, the staffs behaviour is very nice.

Worst customer service experience ever.i am feeling very bad about this.i checked in on May 6th early morning with my wife and one guy at the reception named sabu. He asked too much questions? Qs 1.what is your relationship with the girl? Even though I repeatedly told him that she is my wife and even showed him the marriage photos he again started questioning Qs 2.are you late marriage? He asked me like I am his childhood friend or something that too infront of my wife. I told him it's none of your business Qs.3 you are from the same city why you want to take a room here? I didn't answer that Then again..this continued like 15 to 20 min Now please tell me why you keep a person like this who carries this much hatred towards the society and attitude towards customers. I didn't had any choice not to take the room Because we travelled from wayanad after two days trip at a resort we were so tired. Shame on him.

Impolite behaviour of hotel reception staff. Not customer friendly. Not offering the services they are claiming. Better to opt other hotels

Clean and compact rooms, excellent service, near city centre, easy accessibility to restaurants, Gokulam Mall and hospitals.
