The room was not very spacious considering we booked the family room. The bathroom was quite good. The services provided are not up to the mark. Had to wait for long time for hot water services. We had a compact trip so did not have to spend a lot of time in the room, that's why it worked. But considering the money we paid, better services should have been provided and rooms should have been cleaner.
The location of the hotel is great though.
Everything was great..The staff are polite, don't expect them to wear a uniform like any other big hotels nearby..It's good enough for a 2.5 star hotel. Prices were on the higher side. Services were great. Just a 100 odd meters distance from city centres and you can find the true nature of Jagadamba center here. I would really recommend it but don't expect more from a 2/2.5 star hotel.

Room was very comfortable, neat and clean. Bed and Linen was good condition. Bathroom is very spacious and fittings are high quality, excellent and very clean. Hot water was available all the time. Management should take care to keep the reception area beat and tidy as that is the first look for the hotel.

It's just ok because there is no restaurant in the hotel so u can't order any food item in your room. Rooms are good but room services are just ok. It's located in a middle of a market so u can buy easily anything from the market but the views from your rooms windows is not looks good.i also did not Like the lift.
After 7 years I had visited to here in between the years the location had not changed so much but the hotel Metro inn service had upgraded to a five star quality...Nice staff and with good price...Some silly things to maintain more.

Good for short stays. Staffs are co-operative. Just beside the macca masjid of jagadamba. Well connected to main road and 2 mins walking time from jagadamba center. Surrounded by irani chai shops, biriyani outlets and also many good hospitals. Location wise excellent, hotel service wise good.
