The most bad room service I have ever seen in a hotel, very bad service... loss of money

Great place to be. It's like being with Family. Great friendly staff always at yo service. Never short of a big Smile. I wish we could understand eachother, language set us a part, but love the place.

Everything from switchboards to cloth hangers are coming off. The rooms are well lit and spacious, but there is no maintenance. Zero for cleanliness.

This hotel doesn't deserve OYO flagship title!! They over charge for what they offer. They charged me 1200 per night and this is what I got. Cons: No complementary breakfast. Itchy bed sheets. They at first refused to change the bed sheet but after a quarrel they changed it. The beds had hair in it. Weak AC. Burnt blankets. Toiletry doesn't have tissue paper. Geyser does not work. Wash basin had no water pressure. RED ANTS. Pros: Mattresses were good. Service was ok. Toilet was clean and working. Location was ok. Not the best experience.

Worst experience. They denied check in despite fully paid advance booking.. and not provided GST bill.. now a days this kind of fraud being perpetrated by OYO, booking sites (in my case, Agoda) and Hotels at not only Ahmedabad but also Jaipur, Hyderabad. Same modus operandi applied and victimized my brother and one of my friend. PLEASE DON'T BOOK HOTEL IN ADVANCE AND ALERT.

Bedsheet can be cleaned well. Food and service was good.
