Hotel Metro Inn - Hotel in Jaipur - Jaipur, India

Great place at great price. The rooms are equivalent to what you pay for. It's reasonably cheap and at great location. It's near to the Railway station and you can have access to public transport conveniently. Stayed there for three nights. Staff is very friendly. Their restaurant's food is good as well. I just had an unlikely experience with the bedbugs in the sheets and pillows, they seemed that were not much new and washed with appropriate hygiene. Got rashes on my body. Rest was all good.

It was an awesome stay at the Hotel Metro Inn, The location was excellent and too near from Bus Stand and Railway Station you can go by walk. The rooms were so good everything was nice and clean. The food quality was excellent and for my family also. Staff behaviour for excellent and very polite to talk and front desk staff behaviour are so good. The time they took to respond to their customers was 10 out of 10 no doubt. I prefer my culic and my family to stay here only. My family likes to stay again in your hotel and they are very polite and very good people. What families need in their tour is that good people give a nice response when they come to your hotel and they are done with us. They all are gentleman's.

Hi.... Mrs.Almas shaikh here.... We had Staycation in hotel metro inn since 2 December to 6 December and we had great experience with this hotel. The staff was very polite, humble & helpful. Even the managers are helpful with friendly nature.... We're blessed that we choose this place for stay as family of four.they give us 2 rooms as we extended our stay and Rooms were very clean & big on size that you would Love to spend time here. I must recommend this hotel to everyone either you're a couple or family. Most comfortable & budget friendly hotel in jaipur for us. Visit there And even they give car & driver too to take tour in city and we went Agra also. So we didn't need any chakkar for cab.you can book the cab in their hotel. And drivers are also good human being with experienced in driving.

Exceptional service, Exceptional hospitalization, Exceptional experience with the staffs of this Hotel and Sanjay da is an excellent person.. He has done so much for us which had made our trip more memorable... Their service is highly efficient and quick, you just say and your work is done.. rooms are very decent and spacious.. and what to say about food it's really great.. seriously no words for this place... Highly recommend everyone to come and stay in this hotel whenever anyone visit Jaipur ..

UPDATE: I got a call from the owner who apologized for the inconvenience which I appreciate. I booked this hotel based on the google reviews so I have to contribute to keep it fair. We only stayed for a few hours here. The room had a strong bad odor. We couldn't even sleep due to the smell. We were very tired so we didn't raise the issue. Yes the location is closer to the railway station but its not worth it.

we stayed there for 3 nights, we bookes a family room which had accomodation for 4 people. At first i was a bit skeptical but the staff was really very cooperative, they also helped us find my exam location in the city. FOOD WAS GOOD AND HAD A DECENT PRICING. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR BUDGET FRIENDLY GOOD HOTELS YOU CAN UNDOUBTEDLY OPT FOR THIS ONE. It has co-operative staff, walking distance from railway station, good food, they also allow Zomato and swiggy deliveries. but plz dont expect anything extravagant since it's a budget hotel

Very good place to stay. So clean. Room was also well cleaned and maintened. Walkable distance from Jaipur railway station. Hotel staff was also very good. Good room service. And food and breakfast is very good. You can go for food to their restaurant at down stairs or they can deliver it to you at your room also.. Cab facility also provided by them for reasonable charges , cheaper than outside transport service for sightseeing or any where you want to go. Only hot water in bathroom was a small issue. it came very late.. if you want to get ready in early morning than you may struggle a little. Overall very good place to stay with family.

Goods Rooms were good. Location was good. The chai wala on the corner is too good. Staff was helpful. The geyser stopped working but they gave us hot water in buckets till it gets repaired. Bads Whenever we ordered tea, most of the times it wasnt hot. The staff bringing the order was very low, tired etc. They should sound positive and smile more often. They never came to ask room cleaning service. Soaps/Towels should be given every day which was missing Overall a decent stay. Food was good from their own restaurant. Stay was good.
