Needs totally refurbishment. Sockets with no electrics, tiles missing from shower wall, have to ask for hot water to be turned on. Towels old need replacing. Breqkfast mediocre. Would not recommend. Do have to say all stay very helpful & accommodating.

The receptionist is very bad in nature..... The room service is very bad... The towel is dirty , online photos & the reality of hotel is not matched ....give 20k in worst hotel in life because of pre booking... No jacuzzi in bathroom.... Worst experience & please don't waste you money . This is not 3 star hotel in reality it's 0 star hotel
. LIFT NOT AVAILABLE is the worst inconvenince. . Stayed as a part of 8 days and 7 nights - Golden triangle package; this was the worst room commpared to Agra & Jaipur accommodation. . The lobby also is very small! . The area is very congested & heavy traffic. . Very limited parking - this made the guests to alight. . The rooms are slightly congesteed for 3 Star Hotel. . But, rooms are neat & tidy - linens were good. . Electric kettle & complimentary tea & cofee were available. . The package had breakfast & dinner. . The food (unlimted) was good - taste & qty. . The luggage was attended room boys who expected tips. . Overall OK stay.
For the price it isnt worth it. Reception is unfriendly, other workers are friendly. Very hard to get warm shower water. Rooms can be cleaned better. Beggers in front of the hotel. I had the 1 persons bed and is was to smal for me. Breakfast is not so good. They use dirty tables and dirty chairs. I think the hotel can use some emprovements...
Rooms are ok for one night stay as they have old property by look reception is good but toilets can be more clean fungus found in wall near jacuzzi which looks very unhygienic.
Very dirty room (dirty sheets and hair in the washroom), area around the hotel also not great - there are way better places to stay for this price!
Good rooms but not well maintained. The restaurant is in the basement and you need to walk and there is no direct lift. My parents found it difficult to use the stairs as it was steep too. The restaurant too is not well maintained but the people are very helpful. The owners need to work on these to make it more efficient.
