HOTEL MERLIN RESIDENCY - Hotel in Manarcadu - Kottayam, India

We celebrated my niece's first birthday here and it was a good experience for us. The facilities were really good. The service provided by the management and the employees were really appreciable.

We are currently staying here as we are attending an event near by. We booked the deluxe room as the receptionist said there were no other rooms available . We checked in by around 9 pm and we were very tired. The check in process was all smooth . But we could hardly sleep as there was continuous sound of rats running through the false sealing in our room. It was very disturbing and so unsanitary of not maintaining that . When that was mentioned to the receptionist he was taking it very casually and that no one has ever reported that way. And he was not even listening to what I was saying properly . I don't appreciate that at all.we are vloggers and travel to many countries and stay in hotels as well. But such an experience was new and not accepted.

Very bad service at bar &restaurant. Unpleasant face by security, front office & even the waiter. Biriyani and chicken 65 was excellent. Congratulations to the chef. But waiter attitude spoiled the mood.

We had our child's birthday in Merlin residency. It was a very nice experience. and we loved it very much with a reasonable price

Price is less when u call. Once you reach the hotel, they tell u the room is unavailable, and now the price has doubled

Good Hotel, value for money, good food and staff are very cordial

Room service and reception won't pick phone after 9.30. For a bottle of cold water,I had to go to reception. Had to argue to get one. Bar closes at 9.30 when normally other bars close at 11pm. Rooms are good but that is that without any service. Very poor

It's a bar restaurant in Manarcad, Kottayam in prime location. Need to improve the food quality.
