Hotel Memories Inn - Hotel in Karunagappalli, Kulasekharapuram - Kollam, India

We have only used the restaurant services so far. We are a vegetarian family and the food was great. Staff (especially Vijayan sir) are very professional, friendly and polite. Service is great. Most of the time, Vijayan sir ushers us in. Though he is a senior person, he treats the guests very professionally and politely. We always used to get served whatever we have ordered. Food was delicious and freshly made to order. Teapot was great. My family also loved the food. Please keep up this good service dears.

I stayed for 3 nights as a single woman traveler. I have all good things to say about the place. I had to visit Amrita University and this was best location to visit the University. They have only 11 rooms so booking in advance is helpful. They could book my room over phone. The staff at hotel was very helpful. The room was clean, the bathrooms clean but hot water was missing which was not such a challenge for me. Also the internet did not work while I was there. Food at their restaurant was very good and wholesome. Breakfast was included on the room plan. They could arrange taxi for me to visit the University and took care of all requirements. Just remember, that this is not a five star facility. Its a small hotel in a low key location. And serves the purpose if you have to visit locally, specially the University or Ashram.

Good hotel for family stays. The food is good. AC and Roof top bars available. No issue for family guests. It is close to the National Highway and a lot of parking is there.

We had Vegetable meals and BDF. BDF was very nice . Food need to be warm. The rasam in the meals is awesome. I had really loved.Need some professional staff, I mean trained staff. Happy to have a good restaurant nearby.

Very spacious restaurant, neat and tidy, Good staff, ready to serve whatever we want,We had non veg supper, very tasty and delicious food, parking area is there,I liked the hospitality.

Our room never locked when we stepped out. Anybody could enter our room without the room entry card. Mr. Ranjith (hope I got the name correct) the manager was very polite and helpful once we raised the issue. But, they couldn't tackle the issue

Eventhough it says its a four star hotel rooms are not maintained well, washroom is slippery if water on the floor.Telephone index is not available like whom to call..Ordered food from restaurant person who attended call was was not pleasing at all... Food was tasty.. Waste bin kept at the washroom should be changed if dirty.
